A papal document, written in ink on vellum, from the ponticate of Alexander VI appointing Lorenzo Pucci as an Abbreviatore of apostolic letters in the Apostolic Chancery and granting him 50 percent of the income of the Hospital of S. Lorenzo e Barbera at Castelnuovo di Valdelsa. The document is signed by various papal officials.
